grounding energy: avocado quinoa salad


Avocado (1)
kale (1 cup) 
whole wheat quinoa (1 cup) 
lemon (1)
Avocado dressing-- 
mush up entire avocado,
fresh lemon juice, 
few drops of agave,
pinch of sea salt,
a splash of water to lighten up consistency,



Quinoa & Kale: heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in large saucepan. add kale and quinoa plus a little bit of water to keep from sticking to pan. sprinkle with some pink Himalayan salt. cook for five minutes stirring occasionally. 

*eat according to your own liking : warm or chilled.
