Kale- about 2 cups
Sweet onion- one, sliced
Sweet potatoes - 3 or 4 large, cut in cubes
Agave syrup - about 1 tsp
Ground turkey - all natural organic
Garlic salt & garlic herb seasoning
White wine (if desired)
coat one pan with about 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1/8 stick of butter. add some rosemary. combine sweet potato cubes with sliced sweet onion and kale on low-med heat (kale shrinks up like crazy so when you think you've added enough, add some more!)
top with a little more olive oil, butter, and agave syrup. season with rosemary, turmeric, & pepper.
cook on low until sweet potatoes are super soft and starts to mash on its own. kale should also be shrunken and soft. (about 30 -40 min)
in another pan, on the stove top, medium heat. season with rosemary, garlic salt, garlic and herb seasoning, and white wine (if desired)
continue until browned & cooked throughly. add to the hash.
it's not the prettiest thing to look at, but it sure is tasty!!
